Iโve seen too many talented UXers sidelined not because no one - beyond their immediate team - knew the impact they had.
So the goal isnโt immunity, but OPTIONALITY.
Making yourself VISIBLE, TRUSTED, and ALIGNED with business outcomes wonโt guarantee safetyโฆ but at least it gives you leverage, clarity, and stronger footing for whatever comes next.
