I’ve spent 25+ years in UX across startups and large organizations, and I currently lead UX design at one of the world’s largest financial institutions.

I’ve coached over 2,400+ UXers (from Senior ICs through Senior Directors) and worked closely with leaders navigating promotions, reorgs, stalled influence, and expanding scope without clear authority.
