👋 Happy Saturday, my dear UX friends, Marina here!

A mentee of mine came to me recently, visibly frustrated.

She’d just wrapped up a round of user interviews that clearly showed friction in the onboarding flow, especially for first-time users.

When she presented her findings, the PM nodded and said:
